1. Program Description
Consolifi’s SMS program delivers text message notifications to customers regarding their loan application status, scheduled appointments, follow-up reminders, and other account-related updates. Message content may also include time-sensitive alerts, requests for additional information, or helpful tips related to financial solutions.
2. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the short code. After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your mobile device. If you wish to rejoin the program, you can opt in again at any time by following the original signup process.

For assistance with the SMS service, reply with the keyword HELP, or contact our support team at support@consolifiusa.com.
4. Message Delivery Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
